In order to produce the high quality colour work that is expected of us, we operate Heilderberg presses from two to five colour to cope with the demand of today’s printing needs.
We are able to produce a wide range of printed media from business cards, letterheads and compliment slips to full colour brochures, folders, catalogues, propsectuses and promotional literature, all produced to the highest standards.
Computer-to-Plate (CTP)
To ensure consistent plate quality we run Agfa’s full automated Palladio computer-to-plates sytem with on-line processor and stacker, which produces punched plates ready for press. The CTP is run by ApogeeX PDF workflow. The system also benefits from sending ink profiles from the CTP directly to press which enables the press to automatically adjust ink settings between jobs, ensuring consistent colour. We are able to proof jobs as rendered PDF files directly to clients via email or by hard-copy.
