Newport Printing Company Limited was established in 1914 serving a number of local companies with all their printing needs. From the beginning and for over 60 years, printing was produced on letterpress machinery where all text was made up from metal and wooden blocks which over the years has evolved into today’s modern printing techniques.
During the late seventies Newport Printing was purchased by its present management, who retained the name because it had built such a creditable reputation over six decades. When the company was taken over, it owned two letterpress machines, but within a short time, offset litho was introduced revolutionising the printing industry.
Over the past twenty years, NPC have invested heavily in the latest computerised technology and machinery to keep ahead of the ever increasing print demands of today.
